Transfer Exclusive Rights of Burial - living owner
You can transfer the Exclusive Rights of Burial to another person by completing the form below. You will need to provide:
- the deed number
- the name of the cemetery where the plot is held
- the grave number
- proof of identity
- proof of address
You can also use the form below to add people to your rights. If you change your address, it is important that you inform the Council.
