A series of free and fun events will be taking place at parks across the Borough throughout the summer holidays.
Running from Monday 24 July to Friday 1 September (except the Bank Holiday Monday), Lark in the Park will host a range of fun activities for children to enjoy.
Each day, children will have the opportunity to choose and design their preferred activities. This year, new sessions tailored to youngsters aged 12 years+ will take place every Wednesday in August from 4-7pm. The new sessions will feature thrilling options including skateboarding, wall climbing, inflatable football and much more.
Lark in the Park will also offer children aged 5 years+ the chance to participate in a variety of activities including water fights, nerf wars, laser tag and sports. The sessions will run from 2-4pm every weekday at the following locations:
- Monday – Grundy Park
- Tuesday – Cedars Park
- Wednesday – Cheshunt Park (including the new session at 4-7pm for ages 12 years+)
- Thursday – Barclay Park
- Friday – Fishers Close Park
Booking is not required but participants will need to sign-in at the beginning of the session. All ages are welcome but activities are most suited for those over the age of five. Children under the age of 11 years should be accompanied by an adult.
