On Wednesday 16 October at 7pm, the official launch of the new-look bar at the Spotlight, Hoddesdon took place.
The Mayor of Broxbourne, Cllr Steve Wortley, the Leader of the Council, Cllr Lewis Cocking, the Chief Executive and councillors all attended to celebrate the newly refurbished area, which is available to hire for corporate and private events.
Local businesses and event organisers were also in attendance, to view the modern interior and refurbished bar, ideal for breakfast meetings, parties, weddings, celebration of life and conferences. With a capacity of 350 standing or 120 cabaret-style seating, the open space can be tailored to suit every need.
From just £400, customers can have exclusive use of the Spotlight bar which includes a Front of House member of staff for the duration of the event. Catering and technical requirements can also be organised in-house, meaning it is now easier than ever for customers to organise their events.
The Mayor of Broxbourne, Cllr Steve Wortley, said: “It was an absolute privilege to open this space for business and visit our new bar area at the Spotlight. It’s the number one place in the Borough for events, parties and functions, and will not disappoint.”
