Please use this form to submit a complaint to the Council about a high hedge, under Part 8 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003.
Before completing this form, please read the leaflet High Hedges: complaining to the Council, and the Over the hedge guidance from the Government.
An officer will review your complaint and if it meets the criteria for further investigation you will need to pay a fee.
You will be emailed a link to our High Hedge payment form, where you will make the payment of £400.
This fee relates to the Council's costs of carrying out the formal investigation and any formal action that follows.
Once the Council has decided to investigate your complaint you must pay the fee in full before any action is taken. The fee is non-returnable regardless of the outcome.
