Note: green waste will only be collected if you have paid for the service and your bin is displaying a valid sticker.
You can report a missed bin collection using the online form below, and the Council will return to pick it up within two working days of receiving the report.
You must report a missed bin before midnight on the day following the scheduled collection. Reporting a missed bin later than this will mean it cannot be collected until the next scheduled visit. You should leave your bin ready for collection on your property boundary.
When you fill out the form you will be asked to give details that will help the Council respond to you. These will include:
- your contact details
- the type of bin that was missed
Once you have submitted the form you should receive an email telling you whether or not your submission was successful.
