Query or discuss an invoice
If you have received an invoice from the Council you should pay it in full by the due date shown on the invoice.
Query invoice
If you want to query your invoice you should do so using the online form below. The Council will then contact you within a few days to discuss your query. Please note that the call may appear on your phone as an unknown number. In order to submit your query you will need to provide:
- your name and contact details
- your invoice or reference number (on the top right-hand side of the invoice)
- details of your query
- a date and time when you would like the Council to contact you (although the Council cannot guarantee it will be able to do this)
Make payment arrangements
If you cannot pay the invoice in full by the due date you should contact the Council as soon as possible to arrange a payment plan. You should do so using the online form below. You will be given options for paying your invoice over a period of time, not exceeding one year. The Council may contact you to discuss these options once you have submitted the form. Please note that the call may appear on your phone as an unknown number.
In order to submit your query you will need to provide:

- details of your financial situation including monthly expenditure
- a date and time when you would like the Council to contact you (although the Council cannot guarantee it will be able to do this)
