Landlords' forum

The Council holds a Landlords' Forum every six months (in April and October) for private landlords and letting agents to:

  • receive updates on the latest legislation
  • receive information and advice from guest speakers
  • discuss housing matters with Council officers from the Simple Lets, Housing Needs, Housing Benefits and Environmental Health teams

 

Broxbourne Councils Landlord and Letting Agent Drop In - Wednesday 30 April 2025

2:00pm - 14:00pm, Council Chambers, Bishops College, Waltham Cross, EN8 9XG

The drop in will include networking opportunities, the chance to speak to the Councils Simple Lets team and a presentation from the Simple Lets Manager.
