From 18 September until 7 October the council tax and benefits systems will be unavailable as they are being upgraded. This means that there will be no access to the online self-service portal, and contact centre staff will only be able to provide limited information during this time.
You can email your enquiry to counciltax@broxbourne.gov.uk, benefits@broxbourne.gov.uk, nndr@broxbourne.gov.uk which will responded to as soon as possible once the systems are back online.
